Hi, I'm already abroad in Mexico. What to do to activate roaming please?

@Rozannedeuer This is usually done by calling customer services before you leave the UK or by texting roaming to 150 again before you leave the UK. But if you login to your online account you might be able to activate roaming there if not wait in your online account for live chat window to pop up with this you can make a request to live chat and from this you will be able to request roaming to be activated on your account, once enabled it can take 24 hours before you get a working signal on your device

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using 0044.
If these do not work, please let me know if you are using an EE personal or business account.

I'm on a personal pay as you go. I've changed the network and attempted to call 0044, notification give where all out going calls are barred.

@Rozannedeuer Do you have credit on your account to pay for the phone call as pack allowances do not cover your usage when abroad.
