I have a monthly account. I can receive texts, not sure if I can receive calls. Is there a live chat available? I’ve tried switching phone off/on and manual search for another network

Thanks for coming back to me.

 

You may need to activate international calling within your My EE account.

 

To do this can you log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > International Calls.

 

If this is not showing as ticked, can you activate this within your My EE?

 

This can take up to 24 hours to update for you. 

 

You will also have an option to chat within your My EE account if the above doesn't work for you.

I’ve tried that solution but there isn’t an option for international calls, there’s just an option to set up calling abroad from the U.K. but I need calling up from abroad.

Does call abroad and premium rate calls show as allowed?

That’s showing as not allowed I’ve tried to select it but an error message says unable to save changes

When logged into your My EE account online an option to chat will pop up when an agent is available.

 

You will need to speak to us to get this looked into.
