Is it for a phone? or a mobile Wifi device?
Did you activate Roaming before you went away?

Are you a pay monthly personal or a pay as you go EE customer?

Can you make outgoing calls?
Or are outgoing calls and texts not working?
If that is the case, I would recommend a live chat with a service agent as there may be an international restriction on the account.
Please select the EE drop down box and an option for service chat will be there.
