4g roaming issues in France

Hello, I'm traveling in France and normally in the major cities like Paris I get 4g when roaming, normally with orange or boygues. But on this trip those 2 networks almost always show up as 1g when I look at them on my network settings. So my phone defaults to sfr's 3g network in most cases. That's never happened before. Sometimes if I force my phone to use orange or boygues despite being 1g they will become 4g after a few minutes, but then after awhile I lose them again. Thoughts?

Hi @Japloeg

EE are not responsible for networks abroad. If they have issues then that's outside EE control.

Thanks

Hi @Japloeg,

Welcome to the community 🙂

Are you travelling with anyone else who is having the same problem while connecting to the French networks?

Are you able to make and receive calls and texts at all?

Alex 🙂
