Re: iPhone 7 on power loop

Hi,

If you cannot reinstall firmware via iTunes, then you will need to take your phone into Apple to repair. Sounds like you need a new battery.

Thanks

Re: iPhone 7 on power loop

Morning @Peebee

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to restore the device at all?

Apple have some great information for restoring the device to factory settings>

This does erase all information and settings from the phone.

Thanks, Leanne.

No I'm not able to restore it? I spoke with an Apple Store member who said I would need to send it back? He said it's still under warrenty?

Hi @Peebee

I see, thanks for coming back.

Have they organised this for you, in the Apple store?

Thanks, Leanne Smiley Happy
