Sending phone away repair.

Sending phone away for repair do i package it all up or just had courier my phone in box with paper work thanks

Hello @Jay29 yes you should package your device securely before either dropping off or giving to the courier to prevent any further damage while in transit.

I should think you are just going for a Standard Repair, which just requires the handing over of your device for which you will be given a receipt.
