Is my phone still under gaurentee though I got early upgrade to sim only?

I got early upgrade to sim only so is my samsung s6 still umder warranty until the 2 years expires?

Reason I ask is that it has now developed a problem where it virtually takes all day to charge and % goes down when using under charge...I have googled to death possible solutions even turning off and on fast charge, cleared cache, drained battery then fully charged and probably a few more, I removed apps but to no avail so last resort was to back up on Samsung cloud and restore to factory settings.

Restored and not made any difference plus it wont restore all my photos etc....any help please?...to add I am using same samsung charger that came with phone even tried other genuine chargers with no success.

Yes it will still be under warranty.

 

Samsung products come with 24 months warranty.

Can I take it to my local EE store to sort the problem or do I need to ring customer services which I dont really want to.

You have many options.

 

1. Go to a EE store

2. Ring CS

3. Go to carphone warehouse.

4. Go direct to Samsung.
