Hi, if we buy a good as new phone online as i understand we can only do this online, do you get the same warranty, service, help etc as you would with a brand new phone and if there is a fault is it the same process for a repair as a brand new phone? Never bought online before always upgraded in store, but the deals for a good as new phone would fit our budget better as there is 4 in the house.

@pebbles39: Yes, if buying from EE. Its "good as new" phones are usually band-new phones that have been returned during the 14-day cooling-off period for unwanted returns.
