The screen on my phone is broken so I am unable to get the data off my phone. (Ive not not backed it up) the insurance company are sending me a new phone but now thinking about fixing my screen instead, hoping that I wont loose the data on it. Can I cancel my claim?

Hello @Ebonie5791 where is the broken device right now?
If you still have it yes - just call customer service to cancel the collection and delivery of the new device or refuse to swap when the courier arrives.
If you have already handed the device over and accepted the replacement then it is unlikely you will be able to cancel but you can always check with customer service.
For security and privacy reasons any device sent off under insurance will be wiped. If you did not back up your device then this data has been lost.
