moving from t-mobile to ee pay as you go. How do I keep my old phone number?

I recently decided to move from t-mobile to ee pay as you go . I bought a new phone which doesn't take my old phone's nano card, so I ordered a new sim from ee online. I want to keep my old t-mobile number but the new sim came pre-loaded with a number. What do I need to do in order to transfer my old number to my new phone?

You shouldn't have bought a new "any-old" EE SIM, but asked EE to transfer your no. to EE or just applied to Move to EE pay as you go & got £10 free credit into the bargain.

Now you may be able to phone EE & ask them to transfer your no. to the new EE SIM.

Good Morning @liverpool4ever.

It's great to hear that you're transferring over to EE 🙂

As @XRaySpeX has suggested, contacting our Mobile care team will be your best option at this point as they will have access to your account and be able to transfer the number for you.

Let us know how you get on.
