cancelling contract and pac code

I’ve got 3 months left on my contract but want to change to a new network before then.  Can I cancel in and pay what’s left for the last few months? And If I want a pac code would that come through after the 30 day notice period or would that change soon after I ask for it? Thanks!

Re: cancelling contract and pac code

Yes, you can cancel before the end of your contract.

As soon as you pay off what you still owe (EE will give you the exact figure) you are then entitled to get your PAC there and then and no 30 day notice would be required.

Hi there @Ellie27

I am sorry to hear you are looking to leave.

Is there anything we can do to change your mind? 🙂

If not, give us a call on 150 to discuss cancelling the contract and how much this would be.

Leanne.
