Transferring number

I have filled in the form to transfer my number to EE but not heard anything. It’s been 5 Working days. Can someone please help.

You will need to call EE to find out what has happened. We are only customers with no account access.

I was chatting to an adviser online earlier. They said they could sort it, I gave them my name and mobile numbers and then they stopped replying. I have no idea whether this is being looked into/worked on.
