I'm switching to another network and the PAC code I've received doesn't work though it's still valid. The new network provider insist that is not their fault.
Any lead? Anyone can help me to get this sorted out?

Thanks David but I'm afraid it didn't work as I already have a PAC and it seems that service is only automated.
I tried to use the online chat but it didn't work too.
Any other suggestions but calling 150 and waiting for an half hour to get help with this issue?

The PAC code I had received was really defective and when I spoke to CS they provided me with a new one. All good now!
