If you’d like to move to another network and keep your number, you’re going to need a PAC code.
A PAC code, or Port Authorisation Code, will allow you to move your existing mobile number to any other UK mobile network.
To get your PAC code, you simply need to get in touch with our Mobile Care team and they'll take care of the rest.
We’d hate to see any members of the community leave, so please let customer services know if there is anything we can do to change your mind.
Once you have given your PAC code to your new provider, they will be able to transfer your number the next working day.
For requests made after 17:30 on a weekday, on a weekend or bank holiday, the request will take an extra working day.
