Keeping mobile number ee contact and transferring to new ee contact

Hi how can I keep my mobile number on my ee contact and put it on a new ee contact through a website offer. It seems cheaper offer than ee.

EE doesn't port nos. from 1 contract to another. So if this other site won't do you an upgrade but only a new contract you will have to port the no. out to another network's PAYG & then back to EE on your new contract.
