I cant transfer my number and my code will expire.

I have recently cancelled my contract but due to the corona virus, I havent received another chip to transfer my number, as it is tomorrow my code will expire and Ill have to pay a full month again, is it possible to extend the period for the code or at least cancel my internet so I dont have to make payments again ?

Re: I cant transfer my number and my code will expire.

@Yamanjamal : A PAC validity period cannot be extended; it's always 30 days. If you haven't used it your EE contract won't be cancelled. You will need to request another PAC.

Who are you expecting a chip from? Is that a SIM?

Text PAC to 65075 from each. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees.
