From memory (when I moved from O2 to EE) mine took 24 hours.
If you do the transfer before 5.30pm on a working day it should be transferred over the next day.
If you do the transfer after 5.30pm or on a weekend it can take longer.

Number can’t connect at the moment. Nobody can ring in or out. I have a personal alarm that calls me on my number? Can’t send SMS? Nothing.

Never took it to an EE shop. Told to do it over the internet by filling in a form.

It’s picking up EE network but can’t make calls or surf the internet or SMS.
Should of completed yesterday. I received an email yesterday stating it is going to be done on the 26th February

Thanks for confirming this @Saadia09.
If you look into the settings and follow these instructions does your number show?
Settings > Phone > My Number
If this does not show the number you have ported from O2 please overwrite this and let me know the outcome.
