Cannot make calls

Hi I've just had my number ported over on Monday and im still unable to send or receive calls

 

Can anyone help

Is your old SIM still active?

 

Have you restarted your phone since the transfer completed?

Hi 

 

The sim is 2 weeks old and was working fine before the number change 

 

I can still use text and data but cannot make or receive calls

 

I've restarted the phone reset network settings etc

I never changed the sim

 

I had my number ported from three to the ee sim on Monday 

I've also noticed that Vol)LTE is missing

Are you using your new EE SIM? I wanted to check if your Three SIM is still active.
