If you pay monthly contract is already up and running, not directly no sorry.
You would need to port the PAYG number out to a none-EE network and then port it back onto the EE pay monthly plan.
EE can upgrade a PAYG plan to pay monthly and keep the number but that can only be done directly with EE and only at the point of ordering.

@Lewiebees give 150 a call they will be able to move your EE PAYG number to your new EE PAYM account.
It normally moves instantly but they will advise it can take up to 24 hours.

Since this is a pay as you go to pay monthly number transfer, yes you can have this completed by contacting our customer service team.
A few things will need to be set back up again, for example your voicemail, and the maximum credit that can be transferred over is £100.

If you got credit make sure the advisor knows that because once they proceed with the migration the credit gets wiped.
