1 week later and Orange number still hasn’t transferred to new EE sim

Hello, 

 

I visited an EE store last Thursday and brought a EE sim only contract, an employee worked on transferring my old PAYG Orange number for over half an hour before being successful.

 

I was told that by the following Thursday my current SIM card will go dead with no service, then I should input my new EE sim. 

 

This still hasn’t happened and I can’t revisit the store as I’ve now moved town, has anyone else experienced a number transfer taking this long? I also don’t want to activate the new EE SIM card in fear this will slow the process down.

If you give 150 a call they will be able to sort it out for you.

 

Or if you got no credit call 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4 from a landline.
