I called EE to make an early upgrade and i was willing to pay the early upgrade fee. i was then told i couldnt apply my 20% corporate discount to the new contract i was about to upgrade to. Since then the price of the contract i wanted has gone up and now im left very unhappy. Not great service after being withh EE/Orange for 14 years. I would like to know why this couldnt be applied

@mister_qasim Some tariffs can not have corporate discounts applied to them.
What tariff and device was it you wanted ?

i wanted to upgrade to samsung s8+ which was on offer at the time for 47.99 a month with an upfront cost of 9.99 and had 15gb data. when i checked online yesterday morning it would allow me to do it and add the discount. i thought id go home later that day after work and order on the phone (150) but was told they wouldnt do it on anyone doing an early upgrade.

Hi @mister_qasim and welcome to the community.
You are unable to add Perk discount by calling 150, it is only available via online sales or a retail store.
Have you registered on the perk portal to gain your unique discount codes?
