why can't I track my order?

I recently did an upgrade online. I was able to track order till today and now cant seem to get on to track it. when u click the drop down section to track order it just does nothing.

Welcome to the community.

 

Are you able to track it directly through the order tracker using your 0000 order number? Or through 'My orders' on the My EE app.
