Hi @kcbibs

When you give 30 days notice then let EE know you want to move into PAYG. You will then use your same SIM.

Thanks

It's your choice. By default if you say nowt it dies.

Hi there @kcbibs

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

If you speak to our Mobile Care team on 150, they can help you switch your SIM to pay as you go 🙂

Our pay as you go SIM cards will go into hibernation if they are not used, see our What is pay as you go and flex hibernation, and how do I stop it? support post for information on keeping your SIM active.

Let us know if you have any questions.
