upgraded my phone still shown as processing

I already have 2 phones with EE both are due for an upgrade but have only decided to upgrade one for now I went on line upgraded it got a confirmation email saying they had my order and that it’s processing. Not heard anything else at all despite the iPhone X showing as in stock?

@Chrissie1069  This is very normal but if your unsure give customer services a call. 

The phone was available for next day delivery so I thought if would be showing more that just processing after 3 days?

Also on my EE it still shows as upgrade available for this device

If you give our customer service team a call they will be able to get your upgrade order looked into, and give you an update 🙂

Hi Leanne spoke to them and for some reason the upgrade had not gone through to them despite me gave the order confirmation email so they have placed the order over the phone. All sorted out now I hope.🙂🙂
