I did 2 online upgrades on Saturday, had the emails saying they’ve received my orders but not heard nothing since and the money for second order hasn’t gone out the bank yet? Is this normal or has something gone wrong.

spoke to cs via chat earlier as wasn’t in a position to phone. They couldn’t see any eveidence of the upgrade despite me recieving the emails... the lady was very helpful and I said I would phone and do it when I had more time to chat properly.... now for the strange bit. I’ve now received another email to say my orders are on their way and the upfront cost has been taken from my bank. So don’t what happened! Glitch in the matrix perhaps 🤔 but hopefully all sorted now.
