I have been sent a couple of texts by EE telling me I am now due to upgrade. I tried online with no success. Went into an EE shop but the poor souls could not track my account on their dodgy old competer so after half an hour of frustration I left. I called the upgrade team, and after 30 minutes of being put on hold I was finally put through to someone who check out my identity... then told me he would put me through to the upgrade tea...and he promptly cut me off. So... before I just move on to an organisation that actually looks after its customers, can anyone tell me how a long term loyall EE customer actually get his upgrade?

Your correct the routes we offer for upgrading is via the website, over the phone or in store.
