Yep just tried again fro three different devices on Google and safari and get same message when I press upgrade now link

Please try deleting the cache and cookies and restarting the browser.

 

Does it then work?

I can access https://shop.ee.co.uk/upgrade

 

Is it after you log in?

It's when I try and go to the checkout

Mine working today. Did try upgrades team but they were waste of time as could not offer anywhere near the deal offered online.

also online chat was no good either as just sent back to upgrades page?

but anyway sorted now, just disappointed with service.
