Hi, a little confused.
I have a shared plan. Sim only 40GB unlimited minutes etc.
Second user, also unlimited minutes, shared data.
On the main phone, it shows I can purchase a roam further add on,
But the second phone, doesn't have that option.
The second phone will be travelling to Canada.
Am I able to get a roam further on the second phone or not?

@ssacoma From the 2nd device text ROAM FURTHER to 150. If this doesn’t add it you’ll need to call the mobile care team on 150. And to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if it can not be added as the tariff your on is no longer available and hasn’t been for quite awhile now and it’s the older tariffs that usually have issues adding the up to date add ons and that’s why there not available any more.

Thanks @Chris_B . I will try the text option.
@Christopher_G I did enable the option for roaming yesterday, and I do get some roaming options for the second number:
100 global roaming texts
30 mins from anywhere
250 texts from anywhere
60 Global Roaming Minutes
120 mins from anywhere
But for the first number I also got in addition to the above
Roam Further £ 8.33 / month recurring
Travel data pass £4.80 - £6.00 /day
Hence the confusion. I'll see if text roaming works (fingers crossed) else it will have to be old fashioned solution of different sim.

Hi @Christopher_G ,
So I did get a chance, and they were able to add a roam further on the second line, but it would only apply to data not calls or texts. I'd have to purchse other add ons for that.
The simplest option was to migrate to a sim plan. And gift data (within the limits). Then I can add further roam on to it.
I think it should be okay like that.
