proof of purchase

I've repeatedly called up EE Services and requested a digital Proof of Purchase which is needed for a time sensitive issue. 

 

Each time they state 48 hours?? and now a week later after 2 seperate requests I still have nothing.

 

You are legally required to supply me with proof of purchase or i'll go to the ombudsmen.

Hello @qarma sorry to hear you are still awaiting your Proof of Purchase. Due to this being a public user forum access to accounts is not allowed to retrieve or query this through here, it would have to be chased up through customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other. 

 

If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also access live chat using one of the wars mentioned in this link. :):
