when i tried to log in to my tmobile account it says its been cloed/cancelled but I'm
still paying every month for my contract as its a 2 year one.
when i try to register with ee it says my email or phone number is not correct but it is.
i don't know whats going on. was in the ee shop but they say i need to contact customer
service. when i do that they want my email and phone number and say it doesn't work
whats going on?

I have the same issue. I am due an upgrade in May . I pay monthly via Direct Debit. Yet I cannot manage mr account on line
