i asked 8 weeks t mobile for VAT related bills going back to April 17-

Why does T mobile never listen to customers

i run my own business and need VAT breakdown monthly bills

I spent a long time chatting to someone on line from t mobile and was promised these vat breakdown bills would be sent..

8 weeks later i still wait.

like most coperate business -dont give a care about customer service..

....

T mobile..check your chat line and respond with a postive and customer friendly approach

@MIKELEEDS  As this is a public forum we can not help you with this as there is no account access from here.  You need to speak with customer services to chase this up.  Sorry

I'm sorry that you feel, you haven't been given it yet.

 

I agree with @Chris_B and this is something you would need to please speak with T-Mobile customer services about.

 

I hope you manage to resolve this and you get what you need.
