Why does T mobile never listen to customers
i run my own business and need VAT breakdown monthly bills
I spent a long time chatting to someone on line from t mobile and was promised these vat breakdown bills would be sent..
8 weeks later i still wait.
like most coperate business -dont give a care about customer service..
T mobile..check your chat line and respond with a postive and customer friendly approach
