how to stop my monthly contract

I know that I am not up on all the new techknowledgy at the age of 74 but I would be pleased if someone could give me some advice.

I signed up for a monthly contract using a dongle during the period of moving homes. It has proved to be very expensive for me, but I can accept that.

What I would like to know is how to end my contract that is renewed the 17th of every month. I wish to no longer have an ee account after 17th February 2017.

Re: how to stop my monthly contract

@lakeslady: You need to phone EE & give 30 days notice of termination.

I presume you have a 30 day contract & not a 12 month contract. Otherwise you may be liable for Early Termination Fees.

You sure you have a monthly contract & not PAYG with a monthly recurring pack? EE currently only sell those dongles on PAYG.
