haven't received my phone

Hi, i ordered a new contact on the 19th November but have not recived my new phone yet any idea whats going on? thanks

Have you received an order number? You can also check via your account either in the My EE App , by clicking on Menu and then What’a New, or by logging into your account via the web. You can also ring customer service and find out, but not until tomorrow, as customer service is now closed.
