delivery of upgrade

Hi i am still awaiting my upgrade i was sent an email informing me it is our for delivery on the 17th Jan and havent heard anything else

Have you had a text from DPD about your delivery?

 

Can you enter your XKN or 000 number that you should have received in an email or text, into our online order tracker here, what does this show?
