From another phone, you can get in-touch with EE by the following numbers.

The local rate landline number is 020 7362 0200 or call for free on 0800 079 8586.

Hope this helps and I hope you get better soon.

Re: cut off

@Rach30   Sorry but there is no account access from here so you'll need to call customer services about this.  To get reconnected you'll need to pay what you owe. Once paid it can take upto 24 hours before you'll get a signal on your device.

Re: cut off

@Rach30  You agreed to pay EE via an agreement that you've already worked out with EE.  EE will not like that you haven't honoured that agreement so because of that you e been disconnected.   You need to get this paid asap, if you do not EE will pass this on to a debt collector and then you'll owe them and it will not just be  this one payment but the rest of the contract and any fee that the collector adds.  This will also go against you on your credit rating and stay on your file for 6 years.

Re: cut off

Hi @Rach30

Thanks for coming to see us in community 🙂

I hope you are feeling better today and I wish you a speedy recovery.

You would need please get in touch with our specialist collections team, to make them aware of your situation and circumstances.

I would at this point advise that services are extremely likely to remain restricted until the balance is settled.

However, please have a conversation with them.

Thank you

Richard
