Re: contract

@igor03   you have to give 30 days notice to end the contract so 30 days before your minimum contract term date which is the 28th of February.

you pay pro rata so you’ll be billed for the last 30 days of your contract but if you have any out of allowances charges in the last 30 days you’ll get a bill on the next billing cycle to cover those charges.

Re: contract

Are you moving it to another network? In which case you don't need to give notice of 30 days.

Text PAC to 65075 (to port no.) or STAC to 75075 (to get new no.). It will respond with your PAC/STAC & how much you will have to pay if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC/STAC to new provider. Your EE contract will end when you are live on new network.
