I recently ordered a sim only plan a few days ago which at the time was 4G Max - Unltd txts, unltd mins and 4GB of data at £24.99 month. However now I notice EE have different tariffs with one at 12GB data and unltd etc but it is only £19.99 a month. Can you change to any of them as it obviously offers better value? I am currently within my 14 day period or do you have to cancel the current sim and order a new one at the new tariff. I'd prefer not to cancel and reorder as this would be a bit of a pain as already ported number over.

Call customer services on 150 and discus your option with them as this is a public forum no one have account access .
