It tells me to go on rewards to see the money I have earned to get off my phone bill but I can't see anything.When I go to pay my bill the money I have earned doesn't come up

I ordered an upgrade last night and dpd tried to deliver it to my wife today, but asked for a pin code, but I have not had an email or text saying they were delivering today or containing a pin code.Am I supposed to give them something else?

Resolved! EE perks Deactivated

Hi, my EE Perks Account has been deactivated as says the following message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame"  Thanks for any help.
