add on account billing inquires

So on the 19th of march I had to take out a add on account seeing as my other phone broke they said after two weeks they would take the money from my account but it's only until today I realised I hadn't set up a direct debit so now I have I'm wondering why they haven't cut me off or If the payments been made for my add on phone. Also with my EE app it's only showing my old phones billing info nothing about my new so I have no clue about If my bills been paid for my new phone or not

For billing questions you will need to call CS on 150 after 8am tomorrow. 

 

There is no specific account access on these forums.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
