account with your self and my mam has passed

Hi my mam and dad have a account with your self and my mam has passed but my dad wants to keep his phone but loose the other one how do we sort this out

Sorry for your loss.

 

You will need to cal Customer Services and explain the situation. They will sort out getting you moms account cancelled.
