Does any know if i can just ring up and change my date of birth on my contract or do i have to go in the store?
I think sales man misheard me when i told him my d.o.b.

If you've got access to an EE Store, you would be able to go there with your ID and they can assist with updating your date of birth.
If you're unable to get to a store, I'll send you a private message to help you further.

Just done a credit check and the only fault they could find was that my date of birth was different on my EE contract. How can I change this without going in a store?

Hi there,
I'm the same problem with this. I'm a new customer. I would like to join the monthly plan, but when I went to enter the date, it's always happened an error. "Must be after your date of birth". Is there have any advice for me? Thanks.

Are you applying as a new customer online?
Is the online form not accepting your date of birth?

I have the same problem no matter what I do it says wrong date on the credit check part suggesting a problem with my Dob.
