Wrong allowance and cost showing

Hi, I upgraded to a sim only contract yesterday and negotiated a price and allowance. Checking on the app today it shows a completely different price from the one I agreed to and a different allowance of data. 

 

Wpuld anyone know if the app just shows the standard contracts without any negotiated changes or should

I be worried?

Any agreed discounts will show under add ons and only appear after your first bill (your bill will be discounted).

 

If you want to ensure any discounts were applied correctly then check with CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
