I bought a sim only contract and a separate WiFi deal a few months back for business.
The store told me that I was able to use the family option to gift data between the devices. I found out yesterday that I cannot. The store franchise owner informed me that I should call customer services and have an SOC applied, which would allow data sharing. Surprise surprise, this can’t be done either.
Can anyone give any advice? Am I entitled to a different contract, or cancelling altogether?
