We have no account access here so we can't actually see the bill or help explain what's happened.
You can access and manage your monthly bills online using My EE. This is the best place to get help understanding your EE bills and more details of certain charges.
Here is where you can Register or log in to My EE > if you haven't already.
I know a bigger bill especially at Christmas isn't a great piece of news. Iv'e just got my Gas bill and the cold snap hasn't made good reading.
I'd recommend that you have a look at our EE mobile bills explained help and support pages for some further help.
