Why because i say j want to switch to sim only is my phone suddenly **bleep**!

Everything fine yesterday.Phonecall from carphone warehouse for upgrade...said wanted to change to sim only....today phone is **bleep**e.Very slow at everything.????

@stellabelly9  The device being slow has nothing to do with EE.
