When will my cancelled upgrade plan go back to my old one ?

Hi folks 

I recently upgraded to a new iPhone 11 pro max for 

but then saw a much better deal at Carphone Warehouse 

so I cancelled my order 

I have been credited my money back for the handset but I notice that my app still says am on the new plan 

I was due to be able to upgrade on October 5th on my old plan and am eager to due so to get a new phone but not sure why they haven’t reset my contract back ?

any ideas

It normally takes about 14 days.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

As advised by @Northerner this process can take up to 14 days. 

 

If this timescale passes and your plan has not changed I would then recommend giving us a call
