Hi @Mooresy71

Welcome to the community.

The most cost-effective time to request cancellation, if you're moving to a new provider, is 30 days before your contract ends.

Would you get any use out of WiFi calling at the new address?

@Mooresy71 : If you're going to move to a new provider at your new area text PAC to 65075 (to port no.) or STAC to 75075 (to get new no.) during the last 30 days of your term. It will respond with your PAC/STAC & how much you will have to pay if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC/STAC to new provider. Your EE contract will end when you are live on new network. That way you won't be paying 2 networks at once by OFCOM rules.
