The plan is the upgrade anytime plan but has the personal option discount on it, I wasn’t sure if I was able to still upgrade

Basically the plan itself can usually to a customer be upgraded from as little as 15 days into a contract by trading in your old phone and in certain points of the plan paying a small fee towards it

@Jamest123 You can upgrade anytime. Please have a read of THIS as it will explain everything you need to know including any costs. Don’t forget that any costs doesn’t include any up front cost for the new device.

@Jamest123 Yep, and if the device is faulty and you want to trade it in you’ll need to pay a set fee also.
And if you wish to keep your current device you’ll need to pay a fee.
Don’t forget you’ll still need to pay any upfront cost of the new device.

If there is a difference then you shouldn't of been able to have a annual upgrade tariff.
Do you have annual upgrade tariff? What does it say in your My EE account? Or if you open the my EE app and click Plan & add on's what does it say that your tariff is ?
