I thought you were able to use data gifting through the My Account desktop site. I've since found out it is only through the My EE app.
Could you both try deleting the app and re-downloading it?
Let me know if it's any better after that.

So after downloading the new up to date version of the app which is supposed to fix data gifting....mine still isn’t working!

James_B Already tried that several times and all they could offer is to do the gifting their end. Spent ages on the phone and on here trying to get this sorted. If you cant deliver a service that you reckon is available to all then stop advertising it as available and put a statement out stating that you are rolling out the service. Perhaps then, our expectations will be addressed and be happy when the service is available to those that can't currently get it, I believe I'm not the only one!

James_B On the phone to Technical and still the same, the lady I have spoken to that there has been emailed to all tech support stating that around 20% of iPhone users have gifting data available. So please stop telling people that it has rolled out completely.

I have been trying to use the gift data feature in my app on iPad. Is it not working or am I doing something wrong please.

My gift data feature stopped working when they added my Apple Watch S3 cellular to my plan. I had gifted data between my mobile data accounts and phone plan before that but now can’t do any gifting for any account. Any news/workaround. I can only suggest that it’s the Apple Watch that must be causing the problem for me, is that a possibility?
