What info do I need when calling to give 30 days notice to cancel contract?

Hi, I need to call to give my 30 days notice soon to end my 12 month sim only contract. However I am not going to be in the EU on this date and the international call rate is very expensive. I want to know exactly what information I will be asked for when I make the phone call so I can have it ready, in order to make the phone call as quick as possible to avoid the very high charges. What details will I need to provide and approximately how long will the call take? Thankyou

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
